Despite being in a team, it is important that you are responsible for yourself as you choose your attitudes, actions, and behaviours. Camp teaches you the importance of respecting your teammates as you will have many opportunities to support, motivate, and encourage each other!
When working in a team, you may face challenges and conflicts. It is important that you stop and think, and choose your response. At camp, you are surrounded by many leaders and role models who can help guide you to stay on track and choose group success!

In a team environment, it is important to participate and do your part in bringing out your own strengths. Camp gives you the opportunities to identify and understand your strengths and abilities in which you can utilize and share your strengths with other campers when working in a team.
Camp promotes a safe environment where you can build strong friendships through interacting and working with those around you. At camp, you will learn the importance of teamwork. As you learn how to effectively work in teams, you can transfer and apply the skills you learn at camp in your everyday lives!
