BLAST visit Mondelez EYB!

Spirits were high when BLAST Thorncliffe Park got to tour the Mondelez Canada Ltd. East York Bakery Cookie Factory last week.

BLAST kids learned about all the many steps that go into making the yummy cookies. Over 40 volunteers from team Mondelez came together to teach kids about teamwork, sharing, safety on the factory floor, and just what goes into the making of a terrific treat!

 

 

 

 

Highlights of the day included dressing up as cookie makers, making up your own cookie recipe, the Cookie Catapult Challenge  and all time favorite, Oreo Jenga Towers!
