Over the past year, we’ve rallied around a simple but powerful idea: Why Moorelands Matters. It has become both our compass and our story—capturing why we exist and the lasting impact our leadership programs have on the lives of vulnerable children and at-risk youth.
With the ever-growing gap for low-income families to access meaningful opportunities for their kids, Moorelands has responded by strategically building confidence in our programs as we expand and diversify our geographic boundaries. Moorelands offers families a journey of growth and development through our year-round program offerings that empower kids to feel valued and connected.
City Clubs, our middle-school leadership program has expanded! In the coming year, we are committed to serving more disadvantaged communities with our programs. Moorelands Camp has broadened its reach by developing relationships in various areas local to the camp, welcoming more children and youth from isolated rural communities.
Our belief is unwavering: every child has inherent value and deserves the opportunity to succeed. That belief fuels our commitment to equip children with the tools they need to thrive. Our friends and financial supporters are an essential part of the Moorelands community, and together we celebrate the success of the young people we serve as a shared and lasting legacy.
Because we are intentional and we work as a community, more children realize and live out their potential. Families have better opportunities. Communities uplift more leaders and champions. And lives are transformed, creating a ripple effect for generations to come.
