2019 Annual Bay Street Beach Volleyball Tournament

Hosted by McCarthy Tétrault, the 2019 Annual Bay Street Beach Volleyball Tournament took place on May 30th at Ashbridges Bay. And it was spectacular!

The tournament is a fun fundraiser organized each year by the Articling Students at McCarthy Tétrault as a competition for the summer students at various Toronto law firms. A Toronto charity is chosen to be the beneficiary of the funds raised.

This year was the tournament’s biggest yet with 35 teams participating!

Moorelands Kids is so grateful that we were once again selected as the beneficiary. The funds raised will give kids from low-income Toronto communities the chance to enjoy a summer adventure at Moorelands Camp and gain the skills they need to succeed and thrive.

It was an amazing day and we were overwhelmed by the fantastic fundraising efforts of the students – this year the tournament raised more than ever before! (Stay tuned for the total.)

Thank you for empowering kids to transform their lives!
