As a teacher in Toronto, I see struggling children every day, and while I can be there for them emotionally and academically, I can’t support them financially. As I approach my 30th birthday, I want to take this opportunity to fundraise on behalf of Moorelands Kids, because every child deserves to feel safe, supported and capable of achieving great things, no matter their circumstances.

Too many kids in Toronto grow up without the stability, confidence or guidance they need, and I want to help change that. My hope is to help raise funds for Moorelands Kids’ leadership programs so that children have a chance to experience moments of joy, connection and learning that remind them they’re valued and full of potential.
