LEARNING SKILLS FOR LIFE
“Going to camp for the first time was really nerve-wracking, but at the same time it felt really peaceful being away from the city,” says 15-year-old Dante. But after his first year, he grew more confident and found the courage to make new friends. Now, he hopes to work at camp one day. “When I saw how the camp staff was interacting with the kids, it really made me think that I could be good at this.”
