Danny Timmins
I’ve always enjoyed giving back to the community and have been an active volunteer for more than 40 years with Not-for-Profit organizations, coaching kids’ sports and supporting community events. Leading Moorelands Kids is an exciting opportunity to build a community around some of our most vulnerable kids.
My day job is as MNP’s National Cyber Security & Privacy Leader and a member of the firm’s MNP Digital Team.
Moorelands Kids’ purpose resonates with me on many levels. Most important to me, it is built on the foundation that every child, regardless of their economic circumstances, has the right to succeed in life. Being able to play a part in helping kids build confidence, resiliency and the self-leadership tools that empower their future life success is a fantastic thing.

These programs establish risk governance structures, set risk policy (including risk appetite and tolerance) and use board risk management techniques to effectively assess, analyze and monitor the effectiveness of organizational risk-based strategies and programs.
Blending the knowledge of the external environment with the strategic ambitions and capabilities of the organizations he has worked with, he continually develops and implements practical solutions to ensure continuity of operations, stakeholder satisfaction, as well as the achievement of objectives.
Scott’s primary goal is to take the experience and skills he has honed over the years, and use them to give back to the community, mentor others, and provide value to Moorelands and the kids that it supports.
