Moorelands Baby Bundles Program - Information for Families Seeking Support

Families Seeking Support:

Our baby bundles are provided to low-income families in Toronto who are expecting, or who have, newborns. Moorelands works with 18 partner agencies (community workers and public health nurses) who assess each family and determine their need for a baby bundle.  We provide one baby bundle gift per baby. These partners send requests for bundles on behalf of the families they serve – we do not accept requests directly from families.

If you are in need of support:

  • Ask your community worker, social worker or public health nurse to refer you for a Moorelands Baby Bundle;
  • If you don’t have a community worker, social worker or public health nurse, you can start by reaching out to one of our partners: The City of Toronto’s Healthy Babies Healthy Children program. Use the contact information below to speak to a Public Health Nurse about their program.
