Cabin Leaders work in pairs and are responsible for the health, safety and acceptance of each camper in the cabin group. They live in the cabin with the campers and are role models, 24/7. Cabin Leaders program some activities, assist with caring for the camp facility (community care) and may teach in program areas.

Section Heads are responsible for eight cabin groups, their cabin leaders and campers. In addition to training, supervising and supporting cabin leaders, Section Heads provide support to cabin groups and organize sections programming.

Program Coordinators assist in summer planning, ensures implementation of and evaluates camp program areas, oversees program staff, and assists with training and program development.

Area Heads are responsible for developing and implementing programs in their specific areas following guidelines that fulfill our camp goals. All program leaders are responsible for running creative, safe, effective programs and supervising staff and participants.

They are assigned where needed; sometimes at a moment's notice. Floats are qualified to lead in at least 3 program areas - Waterfront, Skin diving, Canoeing, Out-tripping, Outdoor Living Skills, Kayaking, Art & Crafts, Sports, Archery, Vocal music and Cabin Life. | POSITION FILLED |
Program Staff assist the Area Heads to deliver creative, safe, fun and effective programs for participants. Although Program Staff are assigned a program area, they along with co-workers also lead all-camp and section games, songs and skits in the dining hall and at campfires. Program staff are involved with a cabin group each session; eating meals, visiting their cabin etc.
