32board members, staff, family and friends ran, walked and "wheeled" for Moorelands in the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon on Sunday, September 26. John Offutt ran a full marathon, Stephanie Rose, Laura Kim and Nicanor Kang completed half-marathons, and the remaining participants finished the 5K charity challenge.

We DID get noticed! Dressed in the brightest colours to represent our tagline "Helping Kids Shape Brighter Futures", the Moorelands City Slickers were not to be missed. And in the process we raised $15,000! A big thank you to our many sponsors!
